Cooperation, communication and the ability to deal with conflicts are the central key competences which are necessary to be able to act and respond in an efficient and correct fashion. Because of this, ZIMM in cooperation with CCC Education organises a modularly structured workshop which helps the trainees to expand and apply specifically these abilities.

“Despite being frequently confronted with conflict situations and teamwork in the course of my study, the cooperation within the company which sometimes also includes different departments is a fully new experience for me and that’s why I really do appreciate being shown ways and methods on how to get on with this in an easier way”, says Laureen Stoff | Apprentice in the media studies – Marketing Department.
